How do credits work?
One generation or one stencil costs one credit; the ×4 option in the generator costs four. Plan credits refresh with every billing period, credit packs stay until you use them. Your balance is always visible at the top of the app, and bonus credits (free trial, referral, Design of the day) land in the same balance.
My stencil came out messy. What can I do?
The best input is a photo or design with clear contrast, the whole design in frame and no busy background. Try the Advanced mode for photos with soft shading, and pick a thinner line for fine work. The stencil guide shows real before/after examples for every case.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Open Pricing while signed in: press Cancel on your current plan, or Manage billing for cards and invoices. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access and your credits until the end of the period you already paid for. If you subscribed inside the iOS or Android app, cancel in your Apple or Google subscription settings.
Can I get a refund?
Credits are delivered the moment you pay, so payments are not refunded except where the law requires it — but if something went wrong (a double charge, a failed generation that took credits, a plan you did not mean to buy) write to us and we fix it. Purchases made inside the app are refunded by Apple or Google through their own process.
How do I delete my account?
Profile → Delete account → type DELETE. It is immediate: the subscription is cancelled, your published designs disappear from Explore, the account cannot be recovered, and your generation history is purged 30 days later. This works the same on the website and in the app.
How does Explore work?
Explore is the feed of designs from StenGen and from artists. After a generation you can press “Share to Explore” on the result card; the design appears as “Artist”, without your name, and other artists can press “Make similar” to start from your prompt and style. The design with the most hearts in a day becomes Design of the day and earns its artist 2 credits. You can remove your design at any time from the same card. Saw something that should not be there? Open the design and press Report — we look at every report within 24 hours — or Hide this artist to stop seeing them.

Use the bug button at the top of the app (it attaches the technical details for us) or the contact form below. Ideas are welcome — most of what is in StenGen today came from artists asking for it.
